HR platform for growing companies
Fieldwise HR connects the employee record, time, hiring, payroll and performance. Your team stops chasing spreadsheets and starts deciding with the whole picture.
Built for the people who hold the company together.
Why Fieldwise
A spreadsheet for people. An inbox for approvals. A separate payroll export. A folder for documents. The work still lands on someone.
The usual setup
With Fieldwise
The system should hold the context, not the person. That is the whole point of an HR platform.
The platform
Eight areas of work, one data model. Start with what hurts most and switch on the rest without another migration.
The employee record, org structure, documents and the full lifecycle, with effective-dated history.
Attendance, leave, rosters and field location, calculated from the same calendar your payroll runs on.
From signed offer to first day. Onboarding tasks, provisioning and background checks in one flow.
Payroll, compensation, benefits, expenses and travel, with a variance check before anything is paid.
Reviews, goals, calibration and learning. Ratings reach pay only after they are released.
Exits, clearance, helpdesk and compliance. The sensitive work, with the right people and no audience.
Reports, dashboards, announcements and an AI assistant that answers from your own records.
Workflows, notifications, integrations, settings and the audit ledger that ties it all together.
A day in Fieldwise
A leave request is not a form. It touches the rota, the month's payroll, the manager and the record. Fieldwise keeps those connected while the day happens.
Decide
Leave, corrections, overtime, expenses and payroll approvals arrive in Today with the requester, the policy and the impact. Approve from the queue, not from a forwarded email.
Change
Move a person into a new unit, position or pay grade once. The change is effective-dated, the manager sees it, payroll picks it up, and the old version stays in the history.
Close
Attendance, leave, overtime, new joiners, exits and approved expenses are already in the run. Check the variance, approve, lock and pay, with the access log behind every payslip.
The employee record
A person's history should not be scattered across an HRIS, a payroll file and someone's inbox. Fieldwise keeps one record, with every role seeing only the part it should.
A change has a date, an actor and a reason. The old value is never overwritten, so the record can answer what was true in March.
The profile, the rota, the payroll run and the compliance report read the same record. No reconciliation step.
Directory, team, full and sensitive views are separate. The org chart does not expose a home address.
Decisions
Design your approval chains once. Fieldwise routes each request to the right person, shows the requester where it is, and refuses the shortcuts that create risk.
Amounts, units, roles and delegation decide the route. Nobody has to remember who signs next.
Every waiting decision has an owner, an age and a due date. Escalation is visible before it becomes a problem.
A blocked action says which rule stopped it and what the requester can do. No silent failures.
Security and control
HR data is the most sensitive data a company holds. Fieldwise treats access, change and deletion as first-class product surfaces, not settings buried at the bottom.
Permissions are scoped to the tenant, a unit or a person. The same screen shows different data to HR, a manager and an employee.
SAML and OIDC single sign-on, enforced MFA, and a fresh credential for the actions that move money or end employment.
Every change has an actor, a time and a before-and-after. The ledger is append-only, and the history is readable by the people who need it.
Every read is scoped to the organization. A session from one tenant cannot name a record in another, even with a guessed identifier.
Keep what regulations require, delete what they do not, and freeze the records a legal hold covers. Retention is a policy, not a cleanup script.
The person who calculates a payroll run does not approve it. The person who requests an expense cannot settle it.
What changes
The value is not a dashboard. It is the work that stops landing on a person because two systems could not talk to each other.
01
One hire creates one record. Onboarding, time, payroll and documents read it. The second copy is where errors live.
02
The request goes to the person who can decide, with the context they need. The queue shows what is late before someone asks.
03
The month's time and changes are already in the run. Review the variance, approve, and keep the audit trail.
04
Role assignments, scopes and the audit ledger answer it. Access reviews become a list, not a project.
Pricing
Pay for the modules you use, not a per-seat tax on the whole company. Every plan includes the employee record, permissions and the audit trail.
Starter
₹99 per employee / month
For a single-entity team replacing spreadsheets and a shared drive.
Growth
₹199 per employee / month
For multi-location operations running payroll, hiring and a field workforce.

Questions
If yours is not here, ask it in the demo. We would rather answer the hard question before you buy.
Ask us directlyWe start with the employee record and org structure, then add time and payroll. Most teams can run their first real workflow without waiting for a full migration. The order is planned with you, and historical data is imported behind the live workspace.
No. Fieldwise can run payroll end to end, or produce a reviewed payroll file for the provider you already use. The difference is that the time, leave and changes behind the file are already in the same system.
Yes. Permissions can be scoped to a tenant, an org unit or a person. A manager sees their subtree and the fields their role allows. HR and finance see a different view of the same record.
It is imported into the same effective-dated model, so the record can still answer what was true at a past date. We agree the fields, the source and the cutover before anything is written.
Yes. Employees get their own workspace for leave, attendance, payslips, documents and profile details. The admin surface is for HR and managers, not a second inbox for employees.
Every change carries an actor and a timestamp, and the audit ledger is append-only. Downloads, reveals and permission changes are recorded too, so a review can start from evidence rather than memory.
Yes. SAML and OIDC connections are configured per organization, MFA can be required, and sensitive actions can require a fresh credential even after sign-in.
